Crystal is a native of Baltimore, MD, born and raised in the inner city, her goal is touch as many people with her story in hopes to inspire and empower her community to invest in themselves and their goals and dreams and to strive to be the best version of themselves they can be.
In her own words…
"I've always had a larger than life personality with a very healthy appetite for success. I strongly believe that having the confidence behind the vision is only half the battle the other half is having the will power to actually do what you vision in the first place. I live life with an open mind and fill any empty space with thoughts of success. I remind myself every day that every successful person started somewhere and I'm no different. You've got to identify your talents, value yourself enough to know that others will too and go for it. It's as simple as that."
Along with her larger than life personality came a larger than life love for beautiful things. Crystal enjoys the element of surprise and showing people how to think big. It is her passion for details and unique ideas that motivated her start her decor business. And so, Over the Top Balloon and Event Decor was born.
